About the role
Governance here is a product surface, not a policy binder. You translate frameworks into guardrails, gates and audit evidence that ship in the platform, and you keep our public compliance claims honest.
What you’ll do
Map the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001 to enforceable product controls
Define the evidence customers' auditors will ask for
Own our compliance page and keep every claim verifiable
Support enterprise security reviews and questionnaires
What we need
5+ years in AI governance, risk or regulatory complianceWorking knowledge of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMFAble to write requirements engineers can implementComfortable saying a control is partial when it is
Nice to have
Background in a Big Four or regulated-industry risk functionExperience preparing for SOC 2 or ISO 27001Legal or privacy qualifications
