Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the GuideLite platform, websites and APIs operated by Zitrino. By creating an account or using the service you accept them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.

Where a signed enterprise agreement exists between your organisation and Zitrino, that agreement takes precedence over these terms wherever the two conflict.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the security of your credentials and API keys, and for the activity of users you invite into your organisation.

Access is scoped to your organisation, its projects and its environments. Attempting to reach another tenant's data is a material breach and will end access immediately.

You may not use the platform to build agents that break applicable law, that impersonate a person without disclosure, that generate unlawful content, or that are aimed at circumventing another party's security controls.

You remain responsible for what your agents say and do. Guardrails, approval gates and evaluations are controls we provide; they are not a warranty of the output.

You keep all rights in the knowledge sources, prompts, configurations and conversation data you bring to or generate on the platform. We process them to provide the service and for no other purpose.

We do not use your conversations to train external models. See the privacy policy for how long each category is retained and how deletion works.

Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. Capabilities marked early access or in progress are provided as-is, may change without notice, and should not be relied on for production commitments until generally available.

We do not currently offer a contractual uptime commitment. Any service level agreement must be agreed in writing in an enterprise contract.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. Usage above your plan's included volume is billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We will give at least thirty days' notice before a price change affecting your current plan.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or where continued operation would expose us or other customers to legal risk.

On termination you may export your data for thirty days, after which it is deleted in line with the retention schedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in your order form, or, where none is stated, the jurisdiction of Zitrino's registered office.
