About the role
Enterprise customers run GuideLite in their own tenancy. You make that a repeatable, documented install rather than a bespoke project each time, and you keep upgrades boring.
What you’ll do
Own the self-hosted and private-cloud install path
Package the platform as reproducible infrastructure-as-code
Automate upgrades, backups and disaster recovery drills
Work alongside customer infra teams during deployments
What we need
4+ years in platform or infrastructure engineeringDeep Terraform and Kubernetes experienceBuilt installs that non-employees ran successfullyClear written documentation habits
Nice to have
Helm chart authoring and operator patternsAir-gapped or restricted-network deploymentsExperience with customer-managed encryption keys
